Since each piece is handmade, the rules differ depending on whether it was made specially for you or already existed.

Pieces made to order according to your choices (fabric, size, setting, length…) are considered made to your specifications. In accordance with Article L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code, they are not eligible for the right of withdrawal: they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Of course, this exception does not apply in case of an error on our part or a defect: in that case, the return, exchange or refund is fully covered, shipping costs included.

For items that were already made and are sold as they are, you have 14 days from receipt to change your mind, without having to give a reason.

How to proceed:

The refund is made no later than 14 days after we receive the return, using the same payment method as the one used for the order. It includes the price of the item and the standard shipping costs you paid on the way out. Extra costs resulting from choosing a faster or more expensive shipping method than the standard offer are not refunded.

If the item comes back to us damaged beyond what a simple trial would require, a proportional deduction may be applied to the refund.

Orders are prepared very quickly. If you write to us before it ships, we will do our best to change your order. After shipping, only non-customized items can be returned under the conditions above.

Please tell us about any problem (damaged item, error, damaged parcel) as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of receipt: this lets us take action with the carrier. This period is a practical recommendation and in no way limits your legal guarantees, detailed in our terms and conditions of sale : 2-year legal guarantee of conformity and guarantee against hidden defects.

Chaque pièce étant faite main, les règles diffèrent selon qu’elle a été confectionnée spécialement pour vous ou qu’elle existait déjà.
