Preparing your order
Each piece, whether it's a one-of-a-kind piece or a customized creation, is prepared by hand in the workshop in Castelginest, near Toulouse. Orders are generally shipped the same day or the next day, depending on when you place your order. This lead time may be slightly longer during busy periods or exceptional closures: in that case, a notice is posted on the site.
Going on vacation or won't be home to receive your package? Enter your dates in the comment field when you place your order, and your package will be shipped later.

Bulky items
The tracked letter is suitable for jewelry and accessories less than 3 cm thick. For thicker pieces (wired headbands, snoods, wrap scarves, some necklaces and bracelets), a surcharge of 0,50 € per additional item is added to the tracked letter rate. It is calculated automatically and shown before payment.
Delivery times
Delivery time depends on the carrier and the destination. An estimate is shown when you choose your shipping method. As a guide: 2 to 3 business days in mainland France, 4 to 8 days in Europe, 1 to 3 weeks internationally.
Tracking your parcel
A tracking number is sent to you as soon as your order ships. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 48 hours, write to us at griffondart31@gmail.com: we will open a claim with the carrier.
Lost or damaged parcel
If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will find a solution with you, either reshipping or a refund, without affecting your legal guarantees. Since the tracked letter does not include insurance, we recommend Colissimo or Mondial Relay for higher-value orders.
Customs duties
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may apply on receipt. These are payable by the recipient.
